About the Role

We're looking for energetic, target-driven professionals to join our Sales & Business Development team. Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure and client servicing.
  • Manage and grow B2B partnerships with builders, brokers, and developers.
  • Identify and onboard new projects, builders, and channel partners to ensure strong market coverage.
  • Execute client acquisition campaigns to position the company as a leading property services brand.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business through consistent service excellence.

Sales Executive

Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + incentives

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in real estate sales

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate

Languages: English, Hindi, and Tamil/Kannada/Telugu

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, full-time on-site

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits and explain project features to potential buyers.
  • Coordinate with builders and property developers for listings and client meetings.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide regular follow-up for deal closure.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure maximum visibility and conversions.

  • Update CRM data, follow up on leads, and ensure service delivery excellence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
